ARTICULO 2o. La hora cátedra es la hora clase dictada por un profesional no vinculado a la administración en ninguna jornada o nivel educativo, como profesor de tiempo completo; corresponde a un servicio prestado para suplir la carga académica que no pueda ser asumida por docentes de tiempo completo en educación básica secundaria, media vocacional o media diversificada y técnica profesional.
