Entrega de archivos. Los archivos de los cuales sea el titular el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, y que tengan relación con las competencias de Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia, deberán ser transferidos a este organismo, en los términos señalados por la ley y acorde con las indicaciones que fijen el Secretario General del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible y el Director de Parques Nacionales Naturales.
