Transferencia de bienes, derechos y obligaciones. A partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto se entienden transferidos a título gratuito por ministerio de la ley, todos los bienes muebles e inmuebles, derechos y obligaciones del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible a Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia, que tengan relación con las funciones establecidas para esta Unidad. Los bienes estarán identificados en las Actas que para el efecto suscriba el representante legal de Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia o su delegado, las cuales serán registradas en la respectiva oficina de Registro, cuando a ello hubiere lugar.
