ARTICULO 3o. A partir del 1º. de enero de 1991, el incremento de salario por antigüedad que venían recibiendo algunos funcionarios a quienes se aplica este Decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos Extraordinarios 1042 de 1978, y 71 de 1990, se reajustará en el mismo porcentaje en que se incremente su asignación básica mensual de acuerdo a la siguiente escala: Asignación básica 1990 Porcentaje Hasta $45.399.00 el 25% Desde 45.400.00 en adelante el 22% Si al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo resultaren centavos, se desecharán.
