A partir del 1º de enero de 1991, el valor del punto que sirve de base para determinar la remuneración mensual de los empleados públicos docentes de la Escuela Superior de Administración Pública -ESAP- será de un mil seiscientos treinta y dos pesos ($1.632.oo) moneda corriente. El cincuenta por ciento (50%) del valor de dicho punto corresponderá a gastos de representación.
