ARTICULO 6º . Son funciones del Administrador las siguientes

Evaluar los planes y programas objeto de financiación, de acuerdo con los criterios técnicos, financieros e institucionales establecidos por el Comité Directivo.

Dar concepto al Comité Directivo sobre los planes y programas que presenten las entidades territoriales.

Celebrar los convenios con las entidades territoriales cuyos planes y programas hayan sido aprobados por el Comité Directivo o gestionar las transferencias de recursos a los respectivos fondos de seguridad.

Establecer mecanismos de evaluación y seguimiento de los planes y programas financiados por el Fondo y presentar informes al Comité Directivo.
