ARTICULO 8o. A partir del 1º de enero de 1991, los Viceministros y Subjefes de Departamento Administrativo, percibirán una remuneración equivalente al noventa por ciento (90%) de la asignación que por todo concepto y en todo tiempo devenguen los Ministros del Despacho y Jefes de Departamento Administrativo.
