VALIDEZ PROFESIONAL DE GRADOS MILITARES. Los grados que el Gobierno Nacional otorgue a los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, a partir del de Capitán o Teniente de Navío, se considerarán títulos profesionales para todos los efectos, y por tanto, habilitarán a quienes los posean para el desempeño de funciones publicas en cargos que de acuerdo con las correspondientes disposiciones orgánicas o estatutarias exijan acreditar tal título.
