Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que viajen al exterior en vacaciones, licencias o asuntos particulares, no podrán utilizar el uniforme militar mientras permanezcan en territorio extranjero, a menos que cuenten con autorización expresa del Ministerio de Defensa.
