PRELACION DE PRESTACIONES SOCIALES. Las dependencias del Ramo de Defensa Nacional que ejerzan las funciones de control y ejecución del presupuesto del mismo, darán en todo caso prelación a la efectividad del pago de las prestaciones que se reconozcan como consecuencia de la muerte del causante.
