INAPLICABILIDAD DE LA LEY 4º DE 1976. Por estar sometidos al régimen prestacional consagrado en este Estatuto y en las normas legales que lo adicionen o reformen, la Ley 4º de 1976 no rige para los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en goce de asignación de retiro o pensión militar, ni para los exalumnos de las Escuelas de Formación en goce de pensión, ni para los beneficiarios de unos y otros.
