EDECANES ESPECIALES. Los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo, en cualquier grado, cuando sean nombrados edecanes especiales, tendrán derecho a percibir una partida especial de gastos de representación mientras desempeñan sus funciones como tales, partida que será fijada por los respectivos Comandos de Fuerza. Para los efectos de este artículo, son edecanes especiales los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo designados transitoriamente para acompañar y asistir a personalidades civiles o militares, nacionales o extranjeras, que requieran esta distinción.
