AFILIACION Y COTIZACION A LA CAJA DE RETIRO DE LAS FUERZAS MILITARES. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo contribuirán para el sostenimiento de la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares con un treinta por ciento (30%) del primer sueldo básico, como cuota de afiliación y con una cuota mensual equivalente al ocho por ciento (8%) del respectivo sueldo básico.
