COMISION DE ESTUDIOS. El Gobierno podrá destinar en comisión de estudios en institutos diferentes a los de las Fuerzas Militares a los Oficiales y Suboficiales en servicio activo, preferencialmente a aquellos que habiendo, adquirido incapacidades físicas para la vida militar sean aprovechables para continuar en servicio.
