SUSPENSION DE TERMINOS. Los aspectos relacionados con suspensión de términos por vacancia o necesidades de tipo colectivo en las dependencias del Ministerio de Defensa encargadas del trámite y reconocimiento de las prestaciones sociales consagradas en este Decreto, serán reglamentados por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
