CONTROVERSIA DE LA RECLAMACION. Si se presentare controversia judicial entre los reclamantes de una prestación por causa de muerte, el pago de la cuota en litigio se suspenderá, hasta tanto no se decida judicialmente a qué persona corresponde el valor de esta cuota.
