RESOLUCIONES DE LA CAJA DE RETIRO DE LAS FUERZAS MILITARES. El reconocimiento de asignaciones de retiro y pensiones de beneficiarios que corresponda a la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares, se hará con base en los documentos señalados en el artículo anterior, mediante resolución del Director General, contra la cual procede el recurso de reposición ante el mismo funcionario.
