INDEMNIZACION POR MUERTE. A la muerte de un Alumno de las Escuelas de Formación, en actividades relacionadas con su preparación militar o del servicio, sus beneficiarios, en el orden determinado en el artículo 224 del presente estatuto tendrán derecho a que por el Tesoro Público, se les pague una indemnización, así

Alféreces, Guardiamarinas, Pilotines y Cadetes, a doce (12) meses del sueldo básico correspondiente a un Subteniente o Teniente de Corbeta;

Alumnos de las Escuelas de Formación de Suboficiales, a doce (12) meses del sueldo básico correspondiente a un Cabo Segundo, Marinero o Suboficial Técnico Cuarto.
