MODIFICACION DE LA CLASIFICACION. La clasificación militar de Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Reserva, sólo podrá ser modificada en el evento de su movilización o llamamiento al servicio, caso en el cual podrán ser destinados a la Fuerza, Arma, Cuerpo Logístico o Cuerpo Administrativo, que se considere de mayor utilidad a las necesidades de la Defensa Nacional y requerimientos de las Fuerzas Militares.
