CURSOS PARA FORMACION Y ASCENSO DE OFICIALES Y SUBOFICIALES DE RESERVA. Los cursos especiales para la formación y ascenso de los Oficiales y Suboficiales de reserva sólo podrán realizarse con autorización expresa del Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares y versarán sobre los programas de instrucción previamente preparados por los Comandos de Fuerza y aprobados por el citado Comando General.
