ASCENSO DE OFICIALES Y SUBOFICIALES DE RESERVA. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la reserva que hayan adquirido tal calidad, podrán ascender dentro de ella hasta el grado de Capitán o Teniente de Navío; Sargento Viceprimero, Suboficial Primero o Suboficial Técnico Primero, de conformidad con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno Nacional.
