RESERVA DE SEGUNDA CLASE. La reserva de segunda clase de Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares está constituida por los colombianos mayores de dieciocho (18) años que se encuentren en condiciones físicas y técnicas para desempeñar cualquier cargo de categoría de Oficial de la Institución Militar, siempre que no hayan sobrepasado la edad de sesenta y cinco (65) años.
