DESAPARECIDOS. Al Oficial o Suboficial en servicio activo que desapareciere en combate con el enemigo, en naufragio de la embarcación en que navegaba, en accidente o en cualquier otra circunstancia sin que se vuelva a tener noticia de él durante treinta (30) días, se le tendrá como provisionalmente desaparecido para los fines determinados en este Capítulo, declaración que harán las respectivas autoridades militares, previa la investigación correspondiente y de conformidad con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno.
