GASTOS DE INHUMACION. Los gastos de inhumación de los Oficiales y Suboficiales que fallezcan en servicio activo o en goce de asignación de retiro o pensión, serán cubiertos por el Tesoro Público a quien los haya hecho, mediante la presentación de la copia del registro civil de defunción y de los comprobantes de los gastos realizados, sin que su cuantía sea inferior a cinco (5) veces el salario mínimo legal mensual ni superior a diez (10) veces este mismo salario.
