INCAPACIDAD ADQUIRIDA POR VIOLACION DE REGLAMENTOS. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que adquieran incapacidad como consecuencia de actos que impliquen violación de la ley o de los reglamentos y ordenes militares, no tendrán derecho al ascenso al grado inmediatamente superior ni al pago de indemnización alguna, a menos que al respectivo expediente de prestaciones se allegue el informativo que los declare exentos de responsabilidad.
