INCAPACIDAD ABSOLUTA. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que sean retirados por incapacidad sicofísica absoluta y permanente o por gran invalidez, tendrán derecho

A recibir una pensión mensual equivalente al ciento por ciento (100%) de las partidas señaladas en el literal b. del artículo 153 de este Decreto, pagadera por el Tesoro Público;

A que se les pague por el Tesoro Público, por una sola vez, la indemnización que corresponda a su lesión, determinada por la Sanidad Militar de acuerdo con el reglamento respectivo;

Auxilio de cesantía y demás prestaciones correspondientes a su grado y tiempo de servicio.
