SEPARACION TEMPORAL. El tiempo que el Oficial o Suboficial de las Fuerzas Militares permanezca separado temporalmente, no podrá considerarse como de servicio activo para ninguno de los efectos de este Estatuto. Durante dicho tiempo, los militares separados no tendrán derecho a sueldos, primas ni prestaciones sociales pagaderas por el Ministerio de Defensa.
