SEPARACION ABSOLUTA. El Oficial o Suboficial de las Fuerzas Militares que durante la vigencia del presente Decreto sea separado del servicio en forma absoluta, tendrá derecho a las prestaciones sociales a que haya lugar en razón de sus servicios, dentro de las condiciones previstas en este Estatuto, pero no tendrá derecho a ser dado de alta por tres (3) meses para la formación del respectivo expediente de prestaciones sociales.
