MESADA PENSIONAL DE NAVIDAD PARA MILITARES CON ASIGNACIONES DE RETIRO O PENSION. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en goce de asignación de retiro o pensión o sus beneficiarios, tendrán derecho a percibir anualmente de la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares o del Tesoro público, una mesada pensional de navidad, equivalente a la totalidad de la asignación o pensión mensual que disfruten en 30 de noviembre del respectivo año. Esta mesada debe pagarse dentro de la primera quincena del mes de diciembre. CAPITULO III PRESTACIONES POR SEPARACION.
