SERVICIOS MEDICO-ASISTENCIALES. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en goce de asignación de retiro o pensión, tendrán derecho a que el Gobierno les suministre dentro del país, asistencia médica, quirúrgica, odontológica, hospitalaria y farmacéutica para ellos, sus cónyuges e hijos hasta la edad de veintiún (21) años, en hospitales, clínicas, enfermerías y consultorios militares o por medio de contratos de tales servicios con personas naturales o jurídicas.
