COMPUTO PRIMA DE VUELO. Para efectos de asignación de retiro, pensión y demás prestaciones sociales, la prima de vuelo solamente se liquidará a los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Aviación del Ejército, a los Oficiales de Aviación Naval y Suboficiales de Mantenimiento Aeronáutico en la Armada y a los Oficiales de Vuelo y Suboficiales Técnicos de la Fuerza Aérea que tengan veinte (20) o más años de servicio y un mínimo de tres mil (3.000) horas de vuelo.
