LIQUIDACION DE PRESTACIONES DE OFICIALES GENERALES Y DE INSIGNIA, CORONELES Y CAPITANES DE NAVIO. Las prestaciones sociales de los Oficiales Generales de Insignia, Coroneles y Capitanes de Navío de las Fuerzas Militares serán liquidadas así: --Sueldo básico: Será igual al porcentaje que como tal determinen las disposiciones legales vigentes que regulan esta materia. --Las partidas y porcentajes correspondientes señalados en los artículos 153 y 158 de este Estatuto.
