PRESTACIONES DE OFICIALES Y SUBOFICIALES DEL ESCALAFON COMPLEMENTARIO. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales inscritos en el Escalafón Complementario, conservarán todas las prerrogativas jerárquicas y las obligaciones correspondientes a su grado de antigüedad. Las prestaciones sociales a que haya lugar se liquidarán con base en las asignaciones que devenguen en el momento en que aquéllas se causen teniendo en cuenta lo preceptuado, para los Oficiales y Suboficiales del Escalafón Regular, y lo dispuesto en el artículo 27 de este Decreto.
