PRESTACIONES SOCIALES EN SITUACIONES ESPECIALES. Las prestaciones de Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo que se encuentren en cualquiera de las situaciones especiales a que se refieren los artículos 72 y 75 de este Decreto, serán las correspondientes al grado respectivo y se liquidarán y pagarán sobre la base de los haberes que devengarían si se encontraran de guarnición en la ciudad de Bogotá.
