PAGO DE INDEMNIZACION POR DISMINUCION DE LA CAPACIDAD SICOFISICA. Al Oficial o Suboficial de las Fuerzas Militares que presente disminución de la capacidad sicofísica determinada por la Sanidad Militar y que sea mantenido en el servicio activo en virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 131 de este Decreto, le será reconocida y pagada la indemnización que le corresponda con base en los haberes del grado que tenga cuando se le califique la lesión, de acuerdo con los índices del respectivo reglamento. En consecuencia el Oficial o Suboficial no tendrá derecho a una nueva indemnización por el mismo concepto.
