DESCANSO REMUNERADO POR LACTANCIA. Las Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares tienen derecho a un lapso de una hora diaria para amamantar a su hijo durante los primeros seis (6) meses de edad, tiempo que puede ser ampliado previo concepto del médico respectivo. Este período no se descontará de la asignación mensual.
