PRESTACIONES EN CASO DE SEPARACION. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales separados en forma temporal o absoluta bajo la vigencia del presente estatuto, tendrán derecho, tanto ellos como sus beneficiarios, a las prestaciones sociales que se determinan en el Capítulo III, Título V de este estatuto.
