REAJUSTE DE SUELDO DE RETIRO POR LLAMAMIENTO AL SERVICIO ACTIVO. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales retirados en forma temporal que soliciten su reincorporación y sean aceptados, ingresan con la obligación de prestar por lo menos cinco (5) años de servicio para poder adquirir el derecho de asignación de retiro dentro de las condiciones previstas en este estatuto, si no la tuvieren, o modificar el porcentaje por tiempo de servicio, u obtener el reajuste correspondiente al nuevo grado, si fueren ascendidos. Quedan exceptuados de lo dispuesto en el presente artículo los Oficiales y Suboficiales que después de reincorporados adquieran incapacidad absoluta y permanente o gran invalidez, o que sobrepasen en el servicio activo el límite de edad para el grado correspondiente.
