RETIRO POR INASISTENCIA AL SERVICIO PAR MAS DE CINCO (5) DIAS SIN CAUSA JUSTIFICADA. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares serán retirados en cualquier tiempo del servicio active, por inasistencia al servicio por más de cinco (5) días consecutivos sin causa justificada, caso en el cual el retiro se producirá sin perjuicio de la acción penal correspondiente.
