EXCEPCION A LOS ARTICULOS ANTERIORES. No obstante lo dispuesto en los artículos 129 y 130 de este estatuto, el Gobierno y los Comandantes de Fuerza podrán mantener en servicio activo a aquellos Oficiales y Suboficiales que por sus calificaciones lo merezcan y cuando sus capacidades puedan ser aprovechadas en determinadas actividades militares. Cuando se trate de Oficiales se requerirá concepto favorable de la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
