SOLICITUD DE RETIRO. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares podrán solicitar su retiro del servicio activo en cualquier tiempo, y se concederá cuando no medien razones de seguridad nacional o especiales del servicio que requieran su permanencia en actividad a juicio de la autoridad competente, excepto lo dispuesto en el artículo 127 de este Decreto.
