LICENCIA ESPECIAL. El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional podrá conceder licencia sin derecho a sueldo, ni prestaciones sociales al Oficial o Suboficial cuyo cónyuge sea destinado en comisión al exterior, hasta por un término máximo de dieciocho (18) meses. Este tiempo no se computara para efectos de actividad militar.
