DE LAS COMISIONES COLECTIVAS ESPECIALES. Las comisiones colectivas asignadas en cumplimiento de órdenes de operaciones, o que tengan por objeto el entrenamiento de tripulaciones, o cruceros de entrenamiento, o se refieran a labores técnicas de construcción o reparación de Unidades Terrestres, Navales o Aéreas, no darán derecho a devengar primas de alojamiento e instalación, ni al suministro de pasajes para el cónyuge e hijos del Oficial o Suboficial.
