PRIMA DE VACACIONES. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo, con la excepción consagrada en el artículo 8 del Decreto 183 de 1975, tendrán derecho al pago de una prima vacacional equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de los haberes mensuales por cada año de servicio, la cual se reconocerá para las vacaciones causadas a partir del 1 de febrero de 1975 y solamente por un período dentro de cada año fiscal.
