PRIMA DE NAVIDAD. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo, tendrán derecho a percibir anualmente del Tesoro Público una prima de navidad equivalente a la totalidad de los haberes devengadas en el mes de noviembre del respectivo año, de acuerdo con su grado o cargo.
