PROHIBICION PAGO DOBLE SUBSIDIO FAMILIAR. En ningún caso habrá lugar al reconocimiento de doble subsidio familiar. Cuando el cónyuge del Oficial o Suboficial preste sus servicios en el Ministerio de Defensa el subsidio familiar se reconocerá al cónyuge que perciba mayor asignación básica, si ésta fuere igual, recibirá el subsidio quien acredite mayor tiempo de servicio al Ministerio de Defensa.
