APROBACION DE GRADOS. Los grados de Oficiales Generales y Oficiales de Insignia que confiera el Gobierno, se someterán a la aprobación del Senado de la República. Obtenida dicha aprobación, los ascensos producirán todos sus efectos desde la fecha señalada en el decreto que los otorgo.
