ESTUDIOS DE FORMACION PROFESIONAL. Los estudios que requiere la carrera militar de acuerdo con este Estatuto se efectuarán invariablemente en los Institutos Colombianos de Formación Profesional Militar. El Gobierno podrá destinar Oficiales y Suboficiales en comisión de estudios en el exterior de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada Fuerza para incrementar su preparación.
