REQUISITOS MINIMOS PARA ASCENSO DE SUBOFICIALES. Los Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares pueden ascender en la jerarquía al grado inmediatamente superior, cuando cumplan los siguientes requisitos mínimos

Acreditar buena disciplina y comportamiento durante el tiempo de servicio en el grado;

Capacidad profesional, acreditada con las evaluaciones anuales reglamentarias y las calificaciones de los cursos y exámenes para ascenso establecidos por los respectivos Comandos de Fuerza.

Tener el tiempo mínimo efectivo establecido para cada grado;

Tiempo mínimo de servicio en tropas, o de embarco, de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno Nacional.
