CURSO DE ESTADO MAYOR. Para ascender al grado de Teniente Coronel o Capitán de Fragata, se requiere adelantar y aprobar un curso que se denominará "Curso de Estado Mayor" el cual se llevara a cabo en la Escuela Superior de Guerra de Colombia, de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno Nacional.
